Community-powered support for the service industry

Uniting Service and Industry workers to generate resources and awareness for marginalized and underrepresented communities through direct aid and by supporting organizations that serve them.

About Industry Kind

Industry Kind provides the structure and accountability for community-led efforts in the service industry. Our mission is to support hospitality professionals, raise funds and awareness for pressing social issues, and provide direct support to communities that need it most.

We were formed to help successful grassroots events and initiatives grow sustainably—without losing their heart. With foundational bylaws and articles of incorporation established, we focus on transparency, collaboration, and impact.

Drunk HERstory

Drunk HERstory is a staged show performed by local beer and beverage industry members. It provides a fun and interactive way to share wild and wacky tales about history’s most fascinating women. Sip on some delicious brews while the show’s hosts take you on a humorous journey through the untold stories of some of history’s most interesting, irreverent, powerful, and influential women.

Drunk HERstory remains the same at its core. Under Industry Kind, the event gains stability and room to grow—still powered by the talent, energy, and creativity of this community.
